What is honey soufflé® and why is it colored?
Honey soufflé® is a 100% French artisanal honey that we brew at low temperature to preserve all its virtues, while giving it a smoother, lighter texture that's easy to spread. The fruit of a unique technique and know-how, honey soufflé® is protected by intellectual property.
The amazing colors of honey soufflé® come from the spices, fruits and superfoods added during the brewing process. They bring their virtues, taste and color to the honey, without any coloring agents, artificial flavors or additives!
What are superfoods?
Superfoods are natural foods distinguished by their high concentration of essential nutrients, vitamins and antioxidants, offering health benefits.
Our line of honey soufflé® with superfoods is a gourmet way to incorporate these foods into your diet and benefit from their virtues.
Where is our honey collected? Is it certified organic?
The honey we sublimate is collected in Lot-et-Garonne, in south-west France, just a few kilometers from our workshops. We work with local beekeepers to promote local craftsmanship and reduce our ecological impact.
We have chosen not to impose the administrative and financial constraints of organic certification on our producers. Although the organic label can be an indicator of certain environmentally-friendly practices, it is not necessarily a guarantee of better quality than artisanal honey without a label.
However, the Lot-et-Garonne is a committed organic region, and we take great care to promote reasoned and responsible beekeeping.
How can I use it in my daily life?
Honey soufflé® can be enjoyed in 1000 different ways. For breakfast, as an aperitif with friends, in recipes or even by the spoonful, give free rein to your creativity to awaken your taste buds.

Why did you choose "Panacea"?
"Panacea" is inspired by the Greek mythology of the goddess Panacea (Panákeia), whose plants had even more powerful virtues, echoing our first range of honey soufflé® enriched with superfoods for even greater benefits. The name we have chosen reflects our desire to offer healthy, nutrient-rich products for everyday consumption.

What are our delivery times?
We offer two delivery options: point relais or home delivery, with an estimated delivery time of between 2 and 4 working days from the date your order is dispatched.
We offer free delivery on all orders over €50.
