A family story
Panacea emerged from the ambition to make delicatessen products more attractive to a new generation of consumers.
We are deeply aware of the importance of healthy food, and have always paid particular attention to the quality of the nutrients we consume. It is thanks to this mindset that we have decided to dive into our family traditions to work on a product we have cherished for generations: honey. In our family workshop located in Lot-et-Garonne, a region of France, we developed Honey soufflé®, an innovation that preserves all the virtues of honey while offering a more practical texture to use that doesn't crystallize. To realize our ambition of offering a healthy product without compromising on gourmet pleasure, we've enriched it with superfoods, fruits and spices, making it a must-have in all your kitchens.
The first trials
The journey of Honey Soufflé® began in 2021, marking the start of an intensive research and development adventure. This period was devoted to exploration and experimentation, with the purpose of creating a product that combines innovation and health.
The brewing process for Honey Soufflé® (Panacea's registered trademark) resulted in a product that was already unique. But we didn't stop there! Our ambition was to create a unique and memorable on both taste and well-being experience.
We therefore undertook a deep research into superfoods. Rich in health benefits, colors and flavors, these ingredients were the ideal choice to create the perfect product. After extensive testing and tasting, our first collection, Honey Soufflé® x Superfoods, was born.
Our first Event
Panacea made its remarkable debut at the "Salon du Made in France" in Paris, where we presented our creations to the general public for the first time. Convinced that we had created a rare gem, we were delighted to see that the public shared our enthusiasm. The show marked a turning point for our Honey Soufflé®, which really took off.
The year 2023 has been rich in events and learning. Thanks to the precious feedback and unfailing support of our new Honey Soufflé® fans, we have continued to innovate and improve our products. Every day, we are inspired by our mission to offer products that are healthy, tasty and respectful of the environment.
